Electrician
Job Description
KWE – Keith Wilkinson Electrical Contractors Ltd. Based in Northumberland are looking to recruit an experienced, fully qualified Electrician.
The role is full time, 40 hours per week covering Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend and evening work maybe required.
Salary is dependant on experience.
The Role
You must be an experienced electrician, able to work alone with a strong ability to problem solve. Our work is split across three main areas being Residential, Commercial and Industrial meaning the candidate must be able to have a flexible approach to workload.
Basic duties will include:
- Residential property maintenance including distribution boards and general upgrades.
- Commercial premises refits, maintenance, PAT Testing, EICR’s and appropriate paperwork
- Industrial premises refits, machinery commission and de-commission, generator installation, fault finding and repairs.
The Candidate
- Holds a full UK driving license
- Able to manage own schedule and time
- 18th Edition
- Testing and Inspection
- Must hold JIB gold card
- Able to work alone, but as part of a wider team
- Good problem solver
- Practical
- Good attention to detail
- Adaptable
- Good with both heights and confined spaces
- Must hold JIB gold card
